Recording services

This covers recording, mixing, editing, mastering, which are all charged at the following prices:

£180 per day

£25 per hour

£300 - 2 day rate

£600 - 5 day rate

What do I get for my money?

All sessions include an engineer, use of all instruments and equipment in the studio and a CDr copy from the session. Further copies can of course be arranged (see prices below) and please also note that some equipment is subject to availability.

How much time do I need to book?

Day sessions are 8 hours from 10am - 6pm. In this time it's possible to get 3 demo tracks done or 1 song per day to a more professional standard. Smaller sessions are charged by the hour and the shortest session we will book is 1 hour. 

But there's only 1 of me!

For MCs and solo artists it is possible to get songs recorded more quickly as there's less set up time involved. We currently offer a special deal for you guys at £70 for 4 hours recording, mixing and mastering which can get you up to 6 songs / 30 minutes of music.

It’s usually best to allow up to a month in advance when booking, especially for whole days. However, there are sometimes breaks and cancellations in the diary so smaller sessions may be accommodated sooner.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals can be booked between 9.00am - 10.30pm Monday to Saturday charged at the following rates:

Weekdays

£25 per 4 hrs / £7.50 p/h (min.2 hours)

Eves/Weekends

£30 per 4 hrs / £8.50 p/h (min. 2 hours)

CD Duplication & Packaging

All day sessions include CDr copies for each band member plus 1 Gold master once the project is finished. Shorter sessions provide 1 CDr copy only. If you need more copies they are charged at the following rates:

Standard CDr £1.00 each

HHB Gold CDr £2.00 each

DVD-r  £2.00 each (for media back up of project)

A large number of packaging options are available for your CD - from plastic sleeves to jewel case with full artwork and we even provide a full graphic design service. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
