We are open every day from 6-11 pm to support you with your mental health needs with trained recovery workers and peer support wellbeing sessions in our friendly welcoming healthy living community center.

Access is free and designed to improve your mental health, emotional wellbeing, and combat feelings of loneliness with groups focusing on improving mental health with activities for adults out of normal working hours. Run in a safe and relaxed environment where people can make new friends and try something new like cooking, handicrafts or radio production.
