Wellbeing Café events are free and designed to improve your mental health, emotional wellbeing, and combat feelings of loneliness.
You could learn to play an instrument or help produce a radio show, take up baking or crafting, play table tennis, make use of the internet, or just chat and relax! On Fridays we run a ‘dry pub’ night with all the pub games you could want, just no booze
Mondays and Tuesdays 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Fridays 6.00pm – 9.00pm
Saturdays 3.30pm – 6.00pm
