We have a number of services, spaces and offices that we rent long-term to local charities and businesses. Offices are available singly or as a suite. Rents include utilities, regular cleaning and reception service. Our rates are below, scroll down for more information about each space. ‘Grace’
Grace is a sunny space in the roof of our building. Lit by a large skylight it has an lockable office big enough for two desks, and a small meeting table for four. It’s 17.5 square metres, but it isn’t accessible for people who can’t or prefer not to use stairs.
‘Fairfield’
Fairfield is a light, airy space with room for eight workstations. There is an lockable management office to one side which can accommodate up three desks. It’s fully accessible, 22.5 square metres and available now.
‘Project Office’
At 35.3 square metres, the Project Office is the largest of our spaces available for long term rental. The open plan area can accomodate up to 8 workstations and there is an enclosed office for one person. It’s fully accessible, and available now.
‘Rochester’
Rochester room is 13 square metres, ideal for three workstations, or as a meeting room for six.
‘Little Prince’
Little Prince is 13.6 square metres and has space for two workstations. Available immediately, it can also be used as a counselling room or small meeting room.
