‘Grace’

Grace is a sunny space in the roof of our building. Lit by a large skylight it has an lockable office big enough for two desks, and a small meeting table for four. It’s 17.5 square metres and available from May 2024. NB it isn’t accessible for people who can’t or prefer not to use stairs.

‘Fairfield’

Fairfield is a light, airy space with room for eight workstations. There is an lockable management office to one side which can accommodate two desks (or provide plenty of storage). It’s fully accessible, 22.5 square metres and available from May 2024. Right now it’s being redecorated, so pics will follow

‘Project Office’

At 35.3 square metres, the Project Office is the largest of our spaces available for long term rental. It has room for ten workstations and an enclosed management office with room for one more. Like Fairfield it’s fully accessible, currently being spruced up, and available in May 2024.

‘Rochester’

Rochester room, also available in May 2024, is an ideal size (13 square metres) for three workstations, or as a meeting room for six. Images to follow.

‘Shanti’

Shanti is one of two small rooms that have been traditionally used for counselling and therapies. It’s 12.6 square metres and available immediately. It could also be used as an office for two people or a meeting room for four. It has running water, so ideal for physical therapy. It’s very private and the lift opens opposite its door.

‘Little Prince’

Our second counselling room, Little Prince is 13.6 square metres and has space for three workstations. Available immediately, it too can be used has a small meeting room.
