Research has shown that crafting, no matter what you make, can boost your mood, improve self-confidence, and reduce your stress levels. It's good for dexterity and keeps you sharp! That's why our regular Thursday Wellbeing Café drop-in is 'Crafts for All'. Volunteers Lou and Bev run the group, and they'd love you to join them! You don't need to bring anything with you (unless you want to) we have plenty of materials to go round, the important thing is to get creative!bit.ly/WBCSunlight #craftsforall #creativehealth #artsandcrafts #WellbeingCafe #sunlightcentregillingham ...

We have a new, super-fun class starting at Sunlight Centre two weeks today, organised by our lovely friend Leanne from Medway Council's Family Time Centre. Line dancing is a great way to stay active, enjoy great music, and meet new people in a friendly setting.
