Research has shown that crafting, no matter what you make, can boost your mood, improve self-confidence, and reduce your stress levels. It's good for dexterity and keeps you sharp! That's why our regular Thursday Wellbeing Café drop-in is 'Crafts for All'. Volunteers Lou and Bev run the group, and they'd love you to join them! We have a new, super-fun class starting at Sunlight Centre two weeks today, organised by our lovely friend Leanne from Medway Council's Family Time Centre. Line dancing is a great way to stay active, enjoy great music, and meet new people in a friendly setting.
