Sometimes called the ‘silent killer’ undiagnosed high blood pressure can increase your risk of heart disease, stroke and dementia. Together with NHS we’re offering free blood pressure checks to the local community all day Thursday 9th November.  There’s no need to book an appointment, just pop into the centre.  It’s quick and easy and only takes 5 minutes.
